By using and/or hiring any service provided by PartyInPortugal.com, users agree with the terms and conditions on this page.
PartyInPortugal.com (“Party in Portugal”, “PartyInPortugal”, “we”, “us”, “website”, “webpage” or “web”) is offered to you, and all users, upon your acceptance without modification of any/all the terms, conditions and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By using PartyInPortugal in any manner, you agree to be bound by it, so please read it carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use this site.
Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Agreement (the date of the latest update is at the bottom of this page). We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.
Your continued access or use of this website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.
Client, User, Customer: user who hires PartyInPortugal to get information, prices and/or hire any service provided in the website.
Partner: user who represents a product or service that appeal to PartyInPortugal. Partners offer benefits to Clients who are interested in using their product/service.
Affiliate: any entity (mostly online) that has an agreement with PartyInPortugal and recommends us to their users via their own website.
2. Booking requests
PartyInPortugal and/or any of our selected partners reserve the right to cancel or refuse either booking request or confirmed bookings, if last-minute (i.e., any booking made within 7 days prior to arrival date).
– Last-minute requests: any requests within 7 days before arrival date.
– Normal requests: requests received by PartyInPortugal 7 or more days in advance regarding the Client’s arrival date.
3. Changes to bookings
If the Client requests any modification to their booked service(s) after confirmation, it is up to PartyInPortugal (and its partners, if applicable) to decide whether they may charge extra for the change of plan.
4. Payments and prices
Payments are made securely by using a PayPal account, debit/credit card or a bank transfer.
Any budget sent by PartyInPortugal to users before booking is valid for 5 days, period after which the amount may vary (e.g. budget for a July trip was sent in May. If User doesn’t book, the same budget may be higher if User wishes to book in June).
Any information submitted by Clients is confidential and won’t be shared with any third-party, unless necessary and pertinent (in the case of some partners). The Client authorizes PartyInPortugal to use that information to produce statistical information (without identifying users, of course) and/or to optimize our service and improve its quality.
6. Refunds and returns
All charges incurred on PartyInPortugal are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part, regardless of the payment method, except as expressly set forth in this agreement. The Client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the service(s) if any of the following situations takes place:
i) Client hasn’t been sent confirmation of service by PartyInPortugal;
ii) Partner delivers a quality of service that doesn’t match our quality standards.
7.1. By establishing a partnership with PartyInPortugal, Partners should offer any benefit (e.g. offer, discount) to Clients who may be interested on using their services. Partners can’t oblige a Client to register at their website just to obtain such benefit. Clients must accept that the service provided by Partners may be offered under specific terms and conditions established by the latter, so we recommend consultation of such terms in advance (in case of cancelations, refunds, etc.).
7.2. As an organizer, PartyInPortugal is responsible for communicating to its Partners that Clients wish to book their services. PartyInPortugal must also confirm (or not) any booking necessary to the Client, as soon as accepted by the Partner.
7.3. Partners shall not make any modifications to their price after a booking has been confirmed to a Client, unless such update is absolutely required to provide the service, or unless the Client makes any request that modifies the original booking, as long as it’s agreeable by the Partner. The Client must be informed in advance of any rates, commissions or other additional amounts that must be paid (before or after the booking), in order to use the service provided by the Partner.
7.4. As a potential partner, by submitting your data in the PartyInPortugal Partners form (link TBD), a service provider immediately becomes a part of our Partners network, and we’ll be recommending their services to Clients from that moment on. On the other hand, and as long as there are no pending bookings, a Partner may cancel their collaboration with PartyInPortugal at any moment (by writing to email@example.com). If there are still pending bookings, the Partner must provide the service as previously agreed with PartyInPortugal, and according to these terms.
7.5. PartyInPortugal reserves the right to remove any Partner from their Partner network, if the latter fails to meet these Terms and Conditions, and without having to communicate it to that entity at all.
8. User age and responsibility
The age of majority is a mandatory requirement to use our service. A User may act in representation of a group and/or any collective entity that they are legally entitled to represent, and assuming that the User/Client is entirely responsible for any minors in the group, which can be refused a specific service on-spot by any of our Partners, or PartyInPortugal itself. For these cases, we shall consider any information sent to proceed with a booking as the preferences of the entire group. PartyInPortugal does not knowingly collect the information of anyone under the age of 13. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
9. Travel destinations and physical integrity
Although most traveling, including traveling to international destinations, is completed without incidents, traveling to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others, as well as booking specific services that may endanger a Client’s physical integrity and health (e.g. “pub crawls”). PartyInPortugal urges Clients to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by relevant authorities on the matter, such as the European Union (EU) and destination country governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. Neither PartyInPortugal nor its Partners represent or warrant that travel to such locations – and/or booking a specific service – is advisable or without risk, and are not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such locations.
For services that involve the consumption of alcoholic beverages (although not limited to these services), and/or may require any physical effort, PartyInPortugal may provide any tips and practical information on-spot in order to help safeguard the physical integrity of its Clients. It is the Client’s full responsibility, however, to drink and act responsibly.
Clients are welcome to send us any questions prior to booking, however. We’ll be happy to provide any useful information before booking any service, clarifying any doubts the Client may have.

Copying, transmission, reproduction, republication, posting or redistribution of the Content or any portion thereof is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of PartyInPortugal. To request permission, contact us.
10.2. Booking budgets and travel/service planning
The booking budget sent to the Client doesn’t apply to any other traveling group, isn’t shareable and its value is to be applied to the specific group size, its preferences and services booked (apart from any exception authorized by PartyInPortugal).
